Andy specialises in resolving complex disputes, and advising clients on the most challenging of legal issues.

Andy has been a litigator since 2002, and has worked in market-leading dispute resolution teams in Auckland, Wellington, Sydney and London. 

 

He frequently works with New Zealand's leading QCs and senior barristers, but has also argued cases at all levels of the New Zealand court system including the Supreme Court.  He also has deep experience of arbitration, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution.

Andy has a LLB (Hons) and BA (Economics) from the University of Auckland (2001), and a LLM from the University of Cambridge (2008).
